The sauna/saunarium

In our hotel with spa on the Bay of Quiberon, we provide you with a small gym, in which you will find a exercise bench. bodybuilding and a rower. Whether you are a great sportsman, want to keep fit during the holidays or try out a new sport, our sports equipment is designed for everyone.
The pressotherapy massage chair
When booking your visit to our wellness area, reserve access to the massage chair. Sit comfortably in this chair and enjoy, as much as you want, a pressotherapy massage chair session. You will notice an almost immediate feeling of well-being and a reduction in muscle tension.

With our team, reserve and privatize the well-being area for one hour (free access for all travelers, supplement of €12 for travelers in an Eco Room).
